Very pretty and delicate looking. Watching this one. Does it state how big the necklace is? I need at least an 18''. The first stones on the necklace should rest on the collar bone, I believe.

Yes, I believe I've measured it before at 18 inches. It also has a 1 1/2-2 inch extention on it.
