Fabulous Auction indeed. @ hvregis : Actually, the Seller can....there is NO where in the Listia Rules/Guidelines about that. I have my own particulars (terms).....Unfortunately there are MANY kids & MANY ppl who do not understand how an auction or obligatorial Contract works- Which Listia is under the guise of- No diff. than eBay....And its a waste of time to get stuck with said people! For the days & Credits to be wasted on bafoonery- I do not all blame the Seller for stating such....Many Sellers even have it posted U have to be 18 & older to bid (As I do) When dealing with items of this caliber, I would say highly suggested to post such clause if not more-----Anyway, didn't mean to rant but A++++++++++++ Listing!!! :)

That's the way youtube is as well. If there's a truly bad video that shouldn't be there, it takes tons of complaints to remove it. Guess what? If it has more likes than dislikes, no matter how vile, it stays. It's only by mass complaint that dishonest people get booted.

It's not easy to keep crooks from not bidding on your auctions. I had a lady who really tricked me when I first got on Listia. Everyone wants it yesterday, they want it TOTALLY FREE, and then they complain about it. They try that on ebay, too. Recently on ebay I sold two campbell's soup mugs, but by the time I found out what the shipping was, I ended up losing $2, no profit, and then the lady complained (knowing fully well that I had paid the shipping out of pocket) and ruined my perfect rating. Crooks are out there, Listia can't do anything about it until enough people complain about the person.

It takes really awesome pics...I upgraded to one with more MP is the only reason I am getting rid of it. I do suggest getting rechargeable batteries and a battery charger.

I really don't see anyone out-bidding me, that's also will to pay the 12$ shipping in full, and any other charges you need. I can't wait. So happy!~ You don't know how desperately I need the camera, for ebay, Listia, and most importantly to take photos of my kids that are growing up way to fast!

As you can see by some of the pictures...the camera does have some wear on buttons. And the battery door has a piece broke on it, but it does lock and I had no problems with the door staying shut. The scree does have a blackish color around the edges as shown in the 4th picture, but when you are taking a picture or viewing pictures you have already taken...you do not see the black coloring on the edges of the screen...as shown in the last 2 pictures.
