yes, I bought these in bulk for a handicapped lil girl I take care of. She is seven, and around 50#. i use them on her arms, and legs...they are versatile, and stretchy. They may not be as long on your baby, as they are the minis, but they serve same purpose. I actually like the minis, less bulky. Hope this helps!
