Questions & Comments
I will have to wait and see if I can do some research on it, and then see if I have enough points to bid on it. I had already won one several weeks ago on listia that could be sent into the manufacturer for recalibration if needed, for around the same amount of points, but with free shipping. But now that seller has never even contacted me, and I have another day or two before the points will credit back to my account after having to wait for days and days to be able to dispute it. Either that, or I'm really still holding out hope that the BP monitor that I already won will actually be shipped to me, but they are quickly running out of time. And I really need one. I bought one at riteaid, but it kept giving me too high readings, and it was scaring me pretty bad, I took it to my doctor's office, and they checked it against theirs and it needed recalibrating, but the riteaid one I had couldn't be recalibrated, so all they could do was give me a refund. So, maybe soon, before your auction ends, I will know something more. Thanks!
I am sorry that you are having all those problems. Please let me know how t turns out. If you decide to bid on this one and you win, I'm sure you will be happy with it. It is a top of the line product.
does this use batteries, and if so, what kind? and is there anything in the book that says it might can be sent to the manufacturer for re-calibration, if needed? Thanks.
I have not opened the package so I don't know those answers, but it comes from a very reputable pharmacy in Santa Monica,so I think there is nothing to worry about. I guess it uses batteries because I don't see a plug. If you want me to open it and look ibside,I will. Barbra
I don't have a checking account that I can write checks out of, and I don't like sending cash or money orders in the mail. I end up having to pay for priority mail and tracking just to make sure it gets to where it's supposed to go. It ends up costing me too much in the end. I really just like to stick with paypal payments for shipping. Wish this would work out better for me, but I guess I'm going to have to pass. I'm sorry for asking so many questions, but I guess I needed to know before I placed a bid. Thanks for letting me know, but I'll have to wait until I can find one that will accept paypal and maybe not cost me as much. I hope you understand.
