When I serve this for men, I call it Cheese Dip.
When I serve this to anyone else, I call it FONDUE.

I originally came up with this recipe when Leinenkugel had their Apple Spice seasonal beer, though I've changed it a few times. That beer has since been retired, and many new flavors have been introduced. I include slight variations for some seasonal beers that Lenie offers, along with some of their year-round beers. I suppose that these recipes could be used for Samuel Adams beers as well, but I am not familiar with the varieties. This also takes the average consumer in mind, and does not need any expensive ingredients.
