I have to disagree with you on your comment about crocheting being a thing of the past or whatever. It is definitely alive and growing well!!!! I finally learned from a book last year and I had always procrastinated for many years and thought it to be too damn hard to read patterns but because of such an enthusiastic crocheting community over the internet sharing patterns and ideas I am HOOKED!!! =0) Keep it up sweetie never stop moving no matter how much it hurts! Advice from a 100 year old woman I plan to take that advice myself one day.

thank you, yes I keep going like the little rabbit. lol I won't give in to arthritis I'll be a zombie and fall apart! lol I will keep sewing till I can't see but by them I will be able to make them with my eyes closed ha ha.My son says I crochet when I'm asleep! He wakes me up sometimes while I sew and watch tv and says I was sewing asleep lol

Where does all that postage money go? Well, I have sold a lot of very small items that I put in a small padded envelope. That costs $1.22 postage. Then add $1.75 for insurance, 80cents for confirmation,
total there is $3.77, then there is the cost of the envelope, my time packing it up and the gas to the post office and back.Girls, it's not a rip-off, it is real life.

I am not worring about it any more I have had so many great listia people write me and I am ok with those 2 coments now! They are either unhappy because they can't get as many points or just instagaters looking to make trouble ...... You are absolutly right it costs money to give things away,and new handcafted to boot, but there are many many more great bidders here on lista than those two. Practically anyplace else on the internet you would pay $5 for shipping. Biggramma has been making tons of these and sending them FREE shipping! Listia Credits won't pay postage nor will they purchase new yarn or towels. The towels were bid on right and left when they were free shipping!

Thank you so much,for speaking up for me,I don't understand this is crazy some will bid up to 1800 points and over for one towel @ free shipping and others think $5.00 is too much? If they only knew the effort it takes me to make these with my arthritis. I make these because I love to make them each one is a challange to me and it helps me to keep going ,it also helps me not to think of how much I miss my husband of 45 years that died 2 years ago unexpectedly of an anerisum.oh thats enough. I will be selling them on another site I know thatthey will be doing very well,as I have now seen the quality of workmanship on the towels there,they do not come close to mine and sell for more than I would sell mine. now I don't know what I would get with all these points anyway. I will continue to put some up every so often
