No not unlocked to my knowledge. I'm not the original owner of the phone. but, I am told it can be unlocked easily.

This phone is not a smartphone, My husband has the same phone. You can access the internet but it does not require a data plan. If I am not mistaken this phone cannot be flashed, it could only be used with a sim card provider ( at&t or T-mobile)

all interested people should please read this comment. listia will not let me make changes to the auction because there is a bid. since this wasn't my phone I'm not familiar with it. I don't think the phone does apps but it will e-mail and do internet for sure. it does have an art sim card but my research online says it can be "unlocked" but due
does not give a clear definition on what that means.

I was at CVS today picking up script and I happen to see this model phone on the ATT pre-paid shelf. Looks like the cards are $50.00 a month for unlimited talk, text, data. So I'm thinking this can be used that way with minimal effort.
