Both Cards are the same Name only one is the American Card and the other is the same type only the Bootleg /Translated version of the Card. Some Yu Gi Oh sites refer to these cards as counterfeit and the popularity of these cards has grown with collectors as they become more difficult to find.
It is interesting to display the cards side by side in a collection and note the translation .
