The listing, Baggy Rack has ended.

This is brand new. It is a secure holder for Baggies so you can pour hot foods or cold into them without spilling before freezing. Never been opened and the color is green. Received for Christmas but do not do much cooking.

Could you link to a similar item, so at least users could have an idea of what they are bidding on? This has nothing to do with legitimacy, it's just that was flagged and there really isn't much to go on. Just trying to help maximize your bidding potential :-)

Not sure I understand but it is green plastic and resembles tongs but has a round base to stand up on and the tongs open and clamp each side of the freezer bag and holds it for you while you pour your cooked foods without needing to hold the bag. I understand they are very useful.
