Smoke free, pet free. All my items are in great condition unless otherwise noted. Please verify address as soon as you can since I usually list most items at once and like to ship out at the same time. hi, yes this jacket is perfect for a girl or boy. Almost kept it for my baby girl but shes not due for a few more months n this is on the big side for her :)
