This is the cutest little skirt by American Eagle Outfitters, size 0. It is 100% Cotton, very soft. Front buttons, kick pleats, pocket on the front and back. Price tag was removed, so I can't take it back, but I never wore it.

It's a rosy pink color. It measures 14" across at the waist laying flat, 18" across at the hips (I measured at the seam just above where the pleats start) and it's 13" long. Thanks!
