will it work with ps3??? heres the answer:
Yes and no.

Yes the 20GB, 60GB, and the older 80GB model can play PS2 games

The 40GB, Newer 80GB, and the 160GB model currently can't play PS2 games.

Just like life, video games has those moments when everything is a breeze and then there are those moments where everything seems impossible. However, there is always a way to get through those seemingly impossible tasks.

easy way to tell if your PS3 can play PS2 games, if it has 4 USB ports in the front it can play Ps2 games if it has 2 Usb ports it can't.

No its new I put it in my ps3 n it wouldn't play. it's been sitting on the shelf n I figured might as well listia it. It has never been played b'cuz I have a 360g ps3. There are no imperfections mr.jude.
