Yes, that is correct. You just pay shipping via Paypal after you win. You use your credits to bid, and the highest bid wins. :)

So sorry for the confusion, it was a relist and I forgot to rewmove "free shippi9ng" from the text. I am losing a lot of $ on shipping, as it costs me $2.80 to ship each little jewelry package w/delivery confirmation. I can't keep paying that.
