Yes it is dipped in candle wax and no not by me :) it is hard like dried candle wax

No not by me I bought it from a craft show I have a few of them and they have a strong vanilla smell I love them!! It is not soft like a teddy bear anymore it is hardened with wax on the outside it is for decoration and to scent the air
