The listing, 14k gold plated cross necklace with cz? has ended.

A beautiful and very different cross necklace. 14k gold plated with a stone in the middle. I believe its a cz but the chain says 1/20 so im thinking the stone is 1/20 ct. It could be a real diamond I am not sure. It was a gift and I was told its real but I don't want to lie to anyone.
