YES! I own the Bean myself and it really does work! Its way better than trying the same exercises normally performed on the ground. Not only is it more efficient, but its safer to use than lying on the floor! Fanned!

Yes, it does! I've been using mine for about 2 years now and I've had great results. In addition to losing weight, I've strengthened my arms, legs and abs, especially abs. Using The Bean while performing traditional abs exercise such as sit ups is more efficient and safer instead of just lying on the floor. This Bean that I have up for auction is the one that I bought for my mom (BRAND NEW-NEVER USED), but she didn't want to use it since she had extensive surgery on her lower back, knee replacements and feet and she prefers walking on the treadmill. I tried to tell her that the combination of cardio and strengthening, but she is quite stubborn and usually doesn't take my suggestions. Oh, well. Her loss can be YOUR gain!
