um, reading the description you would be violating Listia rules if you re- list and keep credits after just two days of not receiving winners information. clearly you have not read the rules. any winner has 7 DAYS to send information, also any Seller has 7 days to send out their item or email the item (recipe, DIY, etc.) Winners can report you if you do not follow rules after the auction has ended or while it is still going. Also they can flag your auction if you are violating Listia Rules. And also every winner has the option to request their credits back after 3 DAYS of auction ending. if you choose to not return them they can contact Listia and report you.
