Not some downloaded public domain recipe …but my own published 25 year old hand me down family recipe.I will sent it via email…and you will love it.
Works with all meats, including game.
My Dad was an old world Italian and loved to hunt and fish. Believe me he ate everything,,,the man would never have starved to death. As a child growing up we always were a bit wary when Dad was cooking?/ ever eat black bird gravy? Hmmmm…yup. But he knew how to preserve meat.
Anyway this is for the Jerky…adapted for a Dehydrator, but can also be used in the oven.
Just in time for the Holidays.
