The listing, Wet Seal Sexy Shirt X Small XS New with Tags has ended.

This is a Wet Seal Top that is Brand New! New with Tags. I originally purchased it three months ago for $10 for a friend from an online auction site. When I received it, it smelled like smoke and had a little bit of pet hair. It was not in gift giving condition. Since then I have delinted it (I work at a dry cleaners and it came out very well). I no longer smell smoke, but I would recommend washing it, as I do anything before I wear it. I can no longer give it to my friend because she is no longer a size XS! Oops! It is a very cute top! It is striped sheer! This would be awesome for the club with a white cami under it! It is lightweight and somewhat stretchy.

No, its not like a dress, unless you are super short. Its length in the front (I measured fro the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the front) is 25". In the back its 31". Its basically a longer cut shirt.. the kind that is a little longer in length in the front but covers your booty in the the back. :) Thanks for the question! If I was smaller I would wear, its sexy but without being slutty.

Is the 2nd picture a better on the true colors? I know in pictures sometimes the coloring doesn't always come out right :)

I think they both are pretty similar. You can definitely tell that this it is two colors, blue and black. But remember the black is sheer, so depending on your complexion or what you wear under it it will be a sheer on you skin or your tank, cami, etc. That is what makes it so sexy.
