Perennial. 20-36” tall. Half shade or sun. Plant any time of year. Blooms early to late summer. Zones 3-8. Removing spent flowerheads will encourage rebloom. Clean up in spring or fall, leaving any new fall foliage at the the base of the plant to overwinter. Can be divided every 3-4 years in spring or fall. A.k.a. Bats n the Bellfry.

I include what's written on the auction page. You can start these seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before last frost of spring, wintersow, or direct sow in the ground after last frost and the temperature of the soil is consistently 40 degrees or more.
