Note: If I win something on your auction & I never receive it you will be blocked from my auctions; if I bid & win something that when received is clearly not as stated, & I need to have credits refunded, I will block you from my auctions.
Thank you so much, PBJ. I appreciate you taking the time to help me. And I just looked at that beautiful pin again, and noticed the clear (white) rhinstones. Reckon it is a Sufferagette piece? right colors and age. Seen some in the low thousands. (dollars, not credits. lol)
No problem, any time. Actually I know nothing about sufferagette pieces, but you know I will get some learning in :) Thank you for your input; always welcome. Have a great 2013. PB
This is one of the prettiest pins i have ever seen, and i have hundreds of them myself..it is absolutely gorgeous! thanks for listing it! i just appreciate being able to see it! just lovely!
I'm new to Listia, and trying to learn my way around. Would someone please explain "GIN" to me? I have several nice vintage and antique pieces I'd like to post, and need to know my options. Thank you. This is a dream of a piece.
TY...GIN is an option you have (Get It Now) where besides the starting bid set, you set a higher price. Instead of bidding a person can get your item for that amount of credits. There is a 50 credit fee if you (the seller) use this option & a 10% fee (credits) to the seller if someone (buyer) uses this option to purchase the item instead of waiting & taking a chance on winning the auction. Hope this helps. =(^.^)=
Looks prettier in real life. The pictures don't show the layering :) But unless you're really good at taking pictures I guess it's pretty much always that way =(^.^)=
Very pretty, James Caldwell.... not Juliana ... Julianna's would have had prongs holding the stones in. Hope you get a ton of credits for it. It's really lovely. :)
Thank you.. I really didn't think it was Julianna because the back (setting) is all wrong, but had no clue as to the maker. It caught my eye at an Antique Shop in Sturbridge. Thanks for the input =(^.^)=
my sons birthstone colors would love love love to have this . but no wheres near enough credits and no idea what to put up to get them best of luck with this beauty.
Thank you =(^.^)= That's reallly neat that it is your sons BD colors. Check out gift cards; people seem to have good luck with them; also box tops for education go well :)
Like you I have been doing this for a while and hit the wrong button, no, the button wasn't there for me to hit. That's OK I have my credits tied up for next eight days, but with luck I will win this beautiful piece.
Wish you luck =(^.^)= Do you know how to find out what happened?? I know I had put a GIN on it; and it still shows up on my screen, but says it was disabled. I just assumed it was because of the bid...
Very pretty....definitely not Juliana, but just as breathtaking!! If I didn't already have a ton of vintage jewelry I'd be bidding..but I'll be watching for sure. Good luck!! :-)
Sorry - I did have a GIN; it was disabled when you bid! It was 16,500. I don't believe I can change the days now since a bid is in, or else I would consider shortening it, especially since the GIN is gone.
