This is an bearly used thrill mp3 phone which u use a mirco sd memory card for. u will receive it in the box with factory settings as if u went into a us cellular store and bought it urself. i used it briefly. works wonderfully. in the box, u have a usb port to download music, wall charger which the usb plugs into, hands free headset. please do not ask if it can b used on different carriers as i have clearly stated it is only for us cellular.

the flat rate i beleive will cover the cost of priortiy mail.. i currently can not afford shipping and this is why i have it as flat rate do not ask me for free shipping..

i believe this will b a prefect phone for a teenager or 4 someone looking to have a phone with music capabilities, if u have us cellular as ur carrier. enjoy bidding.
