The listing, Verizon's Prepaid Pantech Caper has ended.

Purchased August 3rd 2012 for my daughter. This phone is only available for activation under Verizon's prepaid program. There are minor scuffs on screen. The moisture sensor was set off when she picked it up after washing her hands without drying them. There is no damage to the phone. Santa brought a smart phone for Christmas, lol, so she doesn't need this one.

is it unlimited tx,talk,web. and does it have a camera?

you will have to activate it at walmart or radioshack for $50. I had the clerk do it, but did not see a slot for a sms card. For $50 a month it has unlimited talk, text, and web. It does have a camera, but not able to add music.
