Top measurement is 18" from top to end, It is 16" around should fit a small to medium small dog easy. I made it just for here while I was relaxing. Keep your pet warm.. Im going to bid on this too, we have alot of girl doggies, and its bound to fit one of them :) I have a girl chi-weenie, shes extra long and thin, so hard to find sweaters. All her shirts fit like half tops! Lol!

well I just put up 3 more sweaters and that's it for awhile my fingers are arthritic and really decided they were done. will make more next week hope you like them.
