it has ear buds, usb cable, instruction manual and of course the cd driver for it. It works perfectly I just dont need it. It's unopened & still in the thing it came in as you can see in the pictures. :)

That is correct. It has never been opened. My daughter had one that looks exactly like this one. She loved it. However, she now wants an ipod touch and doesnt want this MP4 player.

Does it have an am-fm radio tuner installed in it? Or is just for downloading music only? and what is the song amount you can download on it? It is a nice player!

This 2" MP4 player supports MP4, WMA, and JPEG files and has a built-in FM tuner, as well. It will hold roughly 2000 songs maybe more or less depending on how big / small song files are or about 8 to 10 movies again it all depends on how big movie is :) Thanks!

The camera on it is a 5 mpxl camera/camcorder. It takes really good pictures.
