Description

The listing, 15 Rose of Sharon seeds has ended.

15 seeds from a single bloom pink shrub in my front yard.
Rose of Sharon is a deciduous flowering shrub that is a member of the hibiscus family, good for attracting hummingbirds and butterflies.

I have some that are over 15' tall and they need about 6' width. Prune any way you want. They tolerate heat well. It doesn't start leafing out until it gets warmer, well after most plants, then blooms all summer and into October and November here.

The plant shown is taken from the Internet. My plant is pink.
Interestingly enough, I have 10 shrubs in the backyard that have changed hues on me the last two years, becoming a little bluer. This one in the front has always been the same color of pink, a medium shade.
The seeds are in pods all over the shrub now. In nature they fall to the ground and some make it next year. Now would be a good time if you are in a mild climate. If you are in one of the colder states, I'd wait until spring.
