With media mail you can send DVDs, VHS , magazines, textbooks, regular books, blue ray, games, anything that lets you communicate with the outside world that you can watch or read basically for about $3. In the end it would save tour buyers quite a bit. Thank you for being open to suggestions!

Btw I have the play station 2 version of this game and love it but we don't even play those anymore. I'm collecting all the Lego games for Xbox 360 now :-)

You could totally do shipping for less if you did Media Maid with Delivery confirmation. Watching this one though. I only like the Lego games.

I have never heard of media maid before. I am thinking I can send it for less through Usps though. The last thing I sent last week cost $6.10 and it was the same size so I figured it would cost that much. If I can ship it for less, I will notify the buyer of the change. I planned on sending a pic of the shipping receipt to the buyer either way. I will have to look up that media maid as I plan to list more games in the future. My kids have BOXES full! And they never play them after they solve them lol

Yup yup. It's a discount I learned of as a college student. When you resell textbooks that are so heavy it's muchhh cheaper.

I would just like to state that I know I am new to Listia. It's hard to trust the new guy lol. But I am verified on here and also on paypal and I will always ship on the 1st business day after auction. I dont dilly dally on shipping. I also send a pic of the shipping receipt via email. I will always make every effort to ship via the most cost effective method for the buyer. And I am always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have. Once you win my auctions, I will even send you my cell number if requested so if you have any concerns after winning, we can talk about it. Thanks

To your textbook question it's best to sell them on half.com or amazon. :-)

the shipping cost is tooo high Xp ive mailed out several xbox 360 games to winners here and on ebay, i usually dont have to pay anymore than 2.30 for parcel post or even 5.15 for priority mail flat rate shipping box. at that cost a user can buy the same game at a local gamestop

I stated before that the last thing I mailed out last week was a flat rate box of about the same size and I was charged $5.35 plus $.75 for delivery confirmation which equals $6.10. I also stated that if it was lower than that, I would notify the buyer of the difference. I am sending a pic of the shipping receipt to the buyer as proof of the cost of shipping. Cant be more honest than that! I will always try to get the best deal on shipping. I am not trying to rip anyone off. If it's lower than what I stated (I hope it is), great! But if I post that shipping is $2.30 and it ends up being $6.10, I would be a horrible seller. This is my first auction and i want to make sure I do it right. Better to over estimate than under estimate! Buyer is ONLY going to be charged actual shipping charge, nothing more and nothing less.

btw... usps media mail does not include games/dvds/cds anymore... they changed that rule 2 years ago.

Well if you plan on selling the textbooks you mentioned before it would be a great option. However the rules apparently did change. You can ship a DVD media mail but not a game. Still if you use a padded envelope and use delivery confirmation it should be $3 give or take. Seller: beware of rude listians. Alot of them are kids who shouldn't be on here anyway (lax security) especially on the game auctions. Not all of us are bad though. :-). I've got 100% feedback if that makes you feel any better.

hey, so if i understand right,,you will ship item off THEN tell the winner how much it was...so it might not be more than 6.10?

Btw to sandyaj ....a USED copy can be purchased at GameStop for $5 however this isn't used. Seller clearly stated its new so your logic is wrong. Seller is clearly making an effort to provide all necessary info so give her a break. Jeez alo of listians have turned into bullies.
