sorry was going to bid but looks like brass, and you'd be a fool to buy gold with out seeing markings, even with those it can be fake. i can tell by looking at it it's not gold ;(

nice auction, just wish people would stop complaining about what you are doing with your stuff if people don't like it they shouldn't bid on it, and credits might be refunded if the seller get the item back but if your just going to complain then stop bidding.

@ chrisp3111 --- A better question is, why are the newbies with a 75% rating, always posting solid gold? No less, 3/4 of an ounce of it!?? This isnt gold. I dont care what lighting, mode, or position its in, this is not gold. If you have ever seen real gold, and you think this is it, you need a refresher.

To the guy who says he can tell its not gold... It's not like the picture was taken In a studio.., gold can show up a variety of colors in photos depending on lighting. If it turned out not to be real the winner would get a refund. Why is it that the newbies with zero feedback always have all the answers?

if you take a file and file just a tiny little piece does is dent easily? does it show any other color? you may not want to do this i understand, but you gotta rtelise that if someone brings it to a jeweler they will file it and then do an acid test, so if you could save the hassle of going to the jewler..
