Description

The listing, Sailor Moon crochet pattern (PDF pattern) has ended.

Sailor Moon is an anime character that originally ran in the through the early and mid-1990s. It became a cult classic, and continued on for fans around the world.

The “chibi” style, which is halfway represented here, means “short person” in Japanese. While this Sailor Moon is not short at 14 inches tall, the eyes and clothing details are done in a style reminiscent of the adorable chibi style.

This listing is for the PDF to make the doll shown. It includes detailed written instructions for the head, body, skirt, arms, legs and bow. The hair, eyes, mouth, circlet and hair decorations are more of a tutorial style, which explains in detail how to get the look shown here, but leaves plenty of room for creative license.

Thanks! It was fun to make both the doll and the pattern. My customer that requested it is still gawking at it. xD

It should be until you get to the hair. If you've done any dolls and tassel endings before, then it should be easy indeed. But, if you get it, I'll be here to answer any questions you might have since I made it. =D

Do you have patterns for any of the other characters?

Nope. This is the first one I've developed, and it was for a client of mine that wanted me to make the actual doll.

However, since they are all pretty much dressed the same. If you wanted to adapt this one to the other characters, just change the colour, the boot heigh, and hair length.

I don't know how to either xD ... Would love if you listed a doll on here though! I saw you want about 30-40 for it. I wouldn't mind paying you that in credits :)

Again, some day I'll get around to it and put it up here. I'm still trying to graduate, so it'll be a while.

The pattern will be back up soon. I'm not sure OreoThunder realises that I hadn't had time to make the actual doll, and thus this is just the pattern. >_<

For those of you that are wondering, when will I make the doll: It'll be at least a month before it can happen. I have to take care of my own business (literally, I make science and nature themed things, not dolls for a living...) before I can get back to this one.
