This is a beautiful ring with an emerald cut cz in the middle and two smaller round cz's on either side. The metal is silver electroplate. This is high end costume jewelry, I spent almost $80.00 on this ring two years ago and I never had a problem with it I wore it all the time even in the shower. It's still very beautiful but, I got a new ring for Christmas. So your gain Listia :)

I just relizied i used medal instead of metal...lol. my fiance was talking the wholetime so i got side tracked..sorry for the mispelled word.

Yes, it's never tarnished or turned my finger green. The only thing was a little spot on the top of the prong that you might be able to see in one of the pictures and no I'm sorry I don't know what the metal is and I wouldn't want to lie to you so I'm not going to guess. But no hun, it's never given me any problems.
