I have up for auction a Pink Topaz that picks up every color you put behind it. Which means it will match any shirt you wear! I added many pics, some with flashes, some without, several with different items behind them so you could see the difference in the colors that shine through. The main color is a soft pink. But unless you wear a pink shirt, it will pick up other colors, you have been warned, lol. There really are no words for this piece and no way to get a good and true picture. I have been saving this one for the new year, so this is my HAPPY 2013 auction for my fans and friends!!!! This is marked as well as the chain thats on it. Good luck with this one guys, it's going to go high, I can feel it! This is to thank you guys for all your bids last year!!! Lol, no offense taken. Thank you :0) Yes, I designed it, but I have decided when income tax comes in I plan to buy the stuff I need to make my own jewelry. It's going to take a LOT of practice and mistakes, and I will never be able to create pieces like this one, so I will still design for my jeweler. I get paid well for that anyhow. But I plan to start making sterling wrap jewelry. I already make pendulums, so I can learn to do more, Cant wait to start practicing!

They have 7 days to respond to you and you have to make sure you have given them your verified address, if you have then after the 7 days, yes ma'am, you can ask for a refund. But also keep in mind, if they have a lot of good feedback it might be a life issue. Life and family always comes first, and sometimes people just have stuff come up like getting sick or loosing a family member. Most Listians are understanding. But if it is a new seller with no feedback or very little or even lots of negatives, then yes, if she/he still doesnt respond, I would ask for a refund, they take 5 days to give you your points back unless they contest it. As long as she doesnt respond, you should get your points back, hope this helped hun and thank you!

Sorry Really. Just been on here for 3 years and have been ripped off by titles that claim something is real and it was not about 1/3 of the times I won, so I am more carfeul now. Meant nothing personal by it. I ask everyone who says something on here (a free site after all) is of extreem value that question, Most say no, so I don't bid. Its not that they say "no"- its that they get an attitude, and that is very telling.I have for 3 years, provided, without a hesitation, proof of validity of every item I have listed.Folks on here know that.

Well then I have no clue where your shopping hun, because most jewelry I buy does not come with a certificate, although i do buy mostly from local boutiques. I was not meaning to be rude either, but I am from the south and was raised to have manners. I am sad that most of the items you have won have been bad, because most of the ones I have won have been true to their word and beautiful items. But once again I repeat myself that I never used the words genuine or real in my title, and even explained in my description that i was unsure if they were synthetic or real. The if you read the comments, I learned from someone that the synthetic ones have more color, so i answered her by stating it must be synthetic then and every other post thereafter I have claimed the same thing. I just feel in no way did i misrepresent myself. I accept your apology and am sorry i got offended. I just take a LOT of pride in the items I post and the reason for that is that I was not blessed with children to pass my valued items to, and It makes me feel in a small way that I am helping people pass quality items to their families when I cannot.

No I do not. I designed this based on a piece that inspired me, and my jeweler made it for me. I sold the rights to him and got a discount on the piece, however, i might be able to get papers if I ask him. If you win, I will do my best. But if you will read my feedback, i am know for NEVER selling fake pieces and all of my customers are very happy with my pieces i sell them. So i really wish you would stop posting this question on all my auctions and putting my integrity in question. Just because a person does not have papers on a piece of jewelry does not mean it is not a real piece. I have watched your auctions and have never seen you post one with papers hun. MOST pieces of jewelry from local shops do not come with papers, lol. TY
