so does those micro cards thats real tiny plug into that and then ya plug that into a computer and it reads the micro card -- i dont understand much how or what that does -- can u explane it to me -- smiles

This reader/writer has "slots" for ALL the types of SD Cards, even the Micro Card. The entire reader/writer plugs into your USB and you operate it from there. There are FOUR slots on it to accommodate each of the different types of SD Cards utilized. Does this help you any?

ok i got to looking i have a adapter for my micro card --the adapter is a sd so then i can plug the micro card in the adapter and then it should fit that sd reader -- im hoping -- lol

That is also correct. You will notice that more and more sales of the Micro Card are now coming with the Adapter as part of the package. It tends to increase the sale of them since people got tired of buying the Micro Card and then having to turn around and buy the Adapter.
