I think the reason why someone would ask to lower the bid is so they can make a bid on it, and then it will show up in their short list of items they've bid on, even if they get outbid, it'll stay there, and they won't have to dig through all of the items they have on their watchlist to find it again. I've even started "unwatching" items after I bid on them, so my shortened watchlist of only 5 on my main listia page won't be filled up with items that I'm already bidding on. It'll let me see the next 5 items that I'm watching and how close their times are to the ones I've already bid on. I hope this doesn't all sound real confusing, but I kind of understand why somebody might want to go ahead and place a bid early. It's kind of like bookmarking it in a different place on your main page, if you know what I mean.

Ok, this may sound silly (you ready?) ...I'm new! I think I know that GIN is the amount I would take for it right now (right?). Can you help me understand what the benefit would be to lowering the days (benefit to either you or me?). I would love to learn! Appreciate anyone's input.

Get it now is GIN but if you are new and don't have your seller wings badge you it won't give you the opption yet. and i guess lowing the days would just start the bid going up sooner people mostly bid the most when the aution is close to ending.
