The listing, Cat Collar, "New" has ended.

I bought this at Pet Smart for $6.99, put it on my cat and He hates it. So he has never worn it. It is a break free, and size from 6 inches to 12 inches. Has a cute bell on it also. Don't bid on it if you intend to use it for a small dog. There is no loop on it to use a leash.

Hey there are Cats out there who have chosen to allow their humans to teach them to walk on a leash. Most cats think that's degrading, to be like a dog and be tied to a leash with a human pulling them back. But there are Cats out there who chose that. So don't imply that only dogs walk with leashes. lol

I just didn't want someone to be disappointed if they bid and won then they get it an it doesn't have a loop for a leash.
