I don't have the box it came in but it was picked up sometime in late 2011 before they discontinued it. (Or so I think it is discontinued as I can't find my favorite face wash from her at BBW anymore. I just opened the seal this past week to test the color on skin but I am not tan enough anymore lol. It is a moisturizer so it is a bit thicker than foundation but can be used almost the same way.
