Generation X cell antenna, new in package. I've never used one of these cell antennas and received it with something I purchased on ebay so I will just list the information given on the package and hope that will give you the info you need on this item since I really don't know anything about it. Package reads: "Generation X..It's like having a four foot antenna on your phone...Retail price $19.99....New and improved design...works with all cell phones, walkie talkies, pagers and cordless phones, too!....Reduces static, improves signal strength and extends cell range while using your cell phone in elevators, tunnels, buildings & remote areas." Installation instructions are given as: "1. remove battery from your phone, 2. wipe the battery compartment with a clean, dry cloth to remove any oils from fingerprints or dirt. 3. remove the yellow from the internal antenna, being very careful not to touch the sticky area with your fingers, etc. 4. press the internal antenna onto the body of the phone in the same direction as the existing antenna if possible.". It also says on package: "You should notice at least one bar more than before......etc."
