Questions & Comments
thanks for listing i am thinking about listing a gc i might not use was not sure what to list under good luck with ur listing
visa and mastercard or anything like that is against Listia rules because they charge a fee. Walmart sells gift cards that do not charge the consumer a fee. So sorry can't do visa or mastercard or anything like that.
FYI... krtownville - you are correct. PayPal cards are against Listia rules and fall under the same category as Visa/Mastercard/Amex cards. They are also not allowed because they are like cash and Listia is a credit based website where no money (except for a shipping fee) is allowed to exchange hands. PayPal cards are basically cash. Store gift cards can be used for merchandise only and pretty much all of them do not allow a gift card to be exchanged for cash. Hope this info. helps potential bidders out there :-) Oh, and watching this auction myself with hopes to bid!
Thank you Karen I appreciate the FYI...seems peeps just don't get it, and I don't mind going through it over and over again if it helps. But if people read Listia Rules they would see that it has to be a gift card not a money card because of fees that are charged. Again, Thank you so much!
I don't think paypal cards either unless walmart sells them because if you think about it, that would be against LIstia rules too because PayPal charges fees also.
