Please read the description carefully and ask any questions you may have BEFORE bidding, as all "sales" are final! All payments AND/OR addresses are due within SEVEN days, per Listia rules. If not received within this time frame item will be relisted, credits kept, and appropriate feedback left.

IF PAYMENT IS REQUIRED I accept Paypal (preferred), Money Orders, and Concealed Cash AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I SHIP ON TUESDAYS. If it is a holiday I ship the day after.

I provide tracking for pretty much everything within reason (an item that ends at 50 credits would not be reasonable to provide tracking for). I frequently reuse packaging materials to save on shipping costs. If this is a problem do not bid on my auctions.

Please be sure to check for "Updates" posted in my auctions regarding new information and/or photos.

My items DO NOT come from a pet or smoke free home, so if this is a problem, PLEASE DO NOT BID! I try to keep most of my items in bins, bags, or closets, and I have only one (short haired) cat, but if you are sensitive to either one, please keep this in mind when deciding whether or not to place a bid.

Please do not ask me to lower the days or do GIN.

I have also noticed many people on here say that they have fanned me when they actually haven‘t, and I am fanning back assuming they have. From now on I will be checking first! I’m not “wasting my fan’s” on people who say they fanned me but actually did not!

I am usually on late so please be patient when waiting for a response to comments and/or messages! Thanks for checking out my auction!

I have fanned you :-) I will be bidding on your auction. I was wondering, do you mind if I use some of your "terms and conditions" to put on my site. I know this sounds weird, but I have been screwed over so much that I need a strong term & conditions for those bidding on my auction. I won't use word for word but use as guideline. I know I sound weird, but I need help with stern words. :-)
