I hope they do help people out. One thing that bothers me while I am driving down the road is to see someone who is texting or on the phone talking to someone as they are driving down the road. And the worst thing that really bothers me is to see a police office talking on a cell phone it is against the law for non law people to do it why does it make it ok for a police officer anyone know?
