I am having a tough time making sense out of your comment...is there a word missing, perhaps?
The laws are different everywhere, I realize, however many minors have prescriptions to use medical marijuana. Down to a two-year-old I just read the research on. The mainstream docs had him on heavy sedative meds since he was 6 weeks old...& he was a seizure-free vegetable...now he is a happy, healthy toddler, quickly catching up on all he missed from being over medicated by big phara for most of his life. The parents would have to look at my recipes, to determine if they could monitor their child's intake closely enough while using them...other than that...I thought you had to be 18 to use Lista, but maybe I am wrong there! I better check...and add a disclaimer for folks who are into breaking the law...which isn't me!

There are so many underage users on Listia that's it's ridiculous. Since no credit card or paypal is needed to open an account here (like other sites) there is no way to verify a user's age. I have been scammed by a couple of kids on here.

Wow, that's really unfortunate. Thank you for the heads up! I suppose it is up to those listing to insist on Paypal for shipping...that may help a bit. I have even seen people say they will take, 'hidden money,' for shipping...yea, for sure that person who can't use paypal, etc, may be a problem! For free shipping, or sending a recipe I am not sure what to do to be more cautious. Hope & pray for legit people, I suppose!
