The listing, 1896 Newfoundland large cent has ended.

1896 Newfoundland penny (about the size of an American Quarter) in good to v good on tail side & adverage on face side. Large pennys do collect well in cirtain circles, so we decided to see how it will do here, i have other coins of interest & will list them should this auction do well.

Yes it is, back then a penny bought a loaf of bread!. 100 years ago things such as pennys had much more value as well one can tell from it's size! (would make an interesting bangle capured in a coin clasp) :-)
