Description

The listing, Heirloom Tomato ✽ WHITE BUSH ✽ 15 Seeds ✽ Organic has ended.

A sturdy, leafy bush plant that yields 2 to 3-inch, slightly flattened, round, white fruit with yellow tinge and wonderful sweet flavors. We had so much fun with this tomato this year. We added it to our blonde chicken chili, orange and yellow salsa, and mixed it with other colors of tomatoes for a beautiful confetti tomato salad, As far as I am concerned, lettuce is optional in salads. We LOVE this one! Some sites will tell you that you don't need a tomato cage. Don't believe them. If you get as much fruit as I did, you don't want them to fall to the ground.

Days: 75
Size: indeterminate
Season: mid-season

This Auction: You will be receiving 15 seeds from my garden. They will be sent First Class mail. I only take Paypal for International bidders, I do combine any additional auction seeds (within 5 days) for no additional shipping charge. I am happy to say that my seeds tested 99-100% germination within 2 weeks at a temp of 70°F in the spring of 2012. Excellent for beginners!

Propagation Method: From seed, sow seeds indoors 6 weeks before last spring frost. Sow 2-3 seeds per pot and thin to one plant per container. After four weeks, transplant seedlings to larger pots, and about 10 days before the last spring frost, begin hardening the plants to the outdoors. Transplant your plants to a sunny, highly composted location when soil temperatures are at least 55 to 60 degrees Fahrenheit. Stake or cage the plants for support and to prevent sprawling on the ground.
