I understand mistakes happen but on the 2 previous auctions for this exact item, Sellers have had to request credits back. I have a 7 year old boy who will be eagerly awaiting this item if won. I'm sure others in the Listia community would be concerned as well. So, here is your opportunity to clear the air or not. I really want this item. I need it. I have the credits to win it. But I'm not willing to see my Son suffer disappointment for it. However, I too have a neg feedback over a misunderstanding so I'm willing to listen. It brought my 100% down to a 99 feedback rating. But both your neg comments are about this item. Pls explain before anyone else bids on it. Thank you.
