Can you pin down a team, year, how u got it, or any info to say it's legit?

I know it was 2007. Don't know the team. I live in Alaska and almost every year my family goes to te races and my daughter was about 9 and was standing up close to the fence and the bootie fell off of the dog, one of the men who was like making sure everything was going good picked it up and handed it to her. I don't have anything else to actually proove but I assure you it is real.
