95% cotton, 5% spandex. Sorta cornflower blue color. Not real sure what the shade of blue it's called. Has cap sleeves and a smocked buttoned scoop neckline. Machine wash cold with non-chlorine bleach. Tumble Dry. Remove promptly from dryer. Warm iron when needed, but don't iron on the label. Made in Indonesia.
