how do you use it? just lodge it in the animals mouth and shoot it down there throat? does it work pretty well. Cat is a nightmare to give medicine

Put the pill in the pillgun, place the gun in the back of the animals throat and push it in. It goes right down with know problems The only problem I had was getting my dogs mouth open. I would have someone help me. I had to give my dog a lot pills when he was little and I know this gun helped me a lot because otherwise it was a bigger struggle. Good Luck
