Strangers built my home asking nothing in return. As my home nears completion I will say goodbye to my Hab Family :( Even so, I would like to extend that type kindness to everyone on listia. Times are hard so maybe this will help one of you. Maybe you know someone who needs the card. It will be Snailmailed in legal envelope, free shipping. Who are we to judge ? I'm about to list an Avon auction does that mean i have money ? No it means i am an ex rep and i am selling it to get it out of my home and make some money to pay towards my forclosure on my home and back owed bills.
I'm not trying to sounds nasty or anything but let the auction just roll and try to say nice things about each other and not hateful things. Too many bitter people in this world and we do not need 1 more bitter person to add to it.

I think Grabbe is just jealous. And charmed shouldn't be telling you what to do with YOUR stuff. Congrats on the new home. You are a good person. Thats all everyone here needs to know. When I first saw this auction today i said to myself, sure I have plenty of credits to get this...But now I agree with an earlier poster. I will let this go to somebody who really needs it. Somebody who can use it to feed their kids for a few days and buy some diapers and TP. Its wonderful to see you giving back what you are able to give in return for getting something from your community. Hopefully Listia is now also your new community as I have enjoyed trading with you when you (and I) were new here.

Thank you Misstrish! Even though it's a good point auction, I don't believe I'll be posting anymore gift cards. I thought it would be more fun to state what you are getting than to say mystery auction. I would think my feeback is enough to support my auctions. I learned today the charity auction function is being revamped, which is the only reason this is not a charity auction. I will continue to share, but probably not in this manner. I love listia, no doubt its my new obsession. Let me try to explain this simply. When you are given something which is borderline miracle such as a home; a wii, or gift card really isn't that much. When I say given I use that term loosely as we had to build it with 500hrs per family member, PAY the mortgage, and agree to be available for future builds.Even so we were given the opportunity to stop paying sky high rent which is fantastic if you've ever had to throw your money down the drain like that. Since that happened last year and strangers came out to help us I could care less about material goods. Sure they are nice, but the only thing you can take with you is the person you were here on earth. What I owned will be auctioned off (maybe free lol) when I'm gone. People will only talk about WHO I was. Listia is as much apart of my community now as I am here in my town. I hope you all enjoy this offer, and the tons of awesome stuff to come. It's very hush hush right now. I haven't decided what y'all want next. haha!

We have a Habitat For Humanity store in our area that I love shopping at (its only open once a month) but we get great deals and profits go towards building the houses! I am truly happy for your new home, many people out there are in need of Habitat For Humanity help and there just are not enough for them. I do feel that instead of auctioning your fortunes here you could have donated the card to a church who helps the homeless or a shelter. The people on here bidding on this (seeing how high these credits have reached) obviously are not in too much need of this card and sucks for those who will benefit from it. Why not list as a charity auction? Paying it forward...definitely a charity auction defines that. You were helped then listing on here as charity auction to help two more people, so they each can help two people or more and so on..by the way to the previous comment, this is an auction site and we are all being greedy by trying to outbid each other, it is a bit selfish and God does have a plan for us, but I don't believe this is it.

Whan I listed I tried to list it as a charity auctionfeature was not there on the bottom of the page. I have done a few of those though..As for the commet that people here dont need it might not be true I have a bunch of credits all from just listing. I know there are some others on here like that to but that dont mean they dont need the money too.I did npt say that this site was gods plan for me be on this site tiit sure isnt goingg to hurt. That is a great question!! I myself dont usually bid till the last second. But everyone has a different look on things. I just hope that who ever wins will someday be able to also do the same for someone else. But that is there choice. Thanks for the comment .
