All of these items are invaluable and will save them from the frustrations and possible failure that can come from sore, cracked and bleeding nipples. I'm including a medela nipple shield to help with a baby who may have a weak or improper suck reflex due to prematurity or illness and they also ease the pain of cracked nipples giving them time to heal while still allowing mom to nurse. The nipple shield is 24mm(standard size) in hospital grade sterile package. I'll be including nipple shells that will protect mom's nipples from further irritation of a bra or her shirt to give the area around mom's nipples time to heal in between nursing. Everything is in sterile unopened packaging.
