Hello!! No, as I stated in Ad, It does not come with a charger, but a charger these days can be bought just about anywhere for a minimal price. Not sure about the music part, but I dont think so. I used this phone for a short time till I upgraded phones and I basically used it to make and recieve calls. Im not too much of a phone person! Thx!!

It has a few tiny scratches, normal wear.(From being thrown in my pocketbook!). Id say its in Very good condition though,...Very Clean.
