The listing, ONE DOZEN OLD MARBLES has ended.

I really know very little about marbles, but several years ago, I made a deal with a neighbor who was moving that if I would clean out her apartment, I could have whatever was in there that I wanted. She had been an auctioneer for several years...years ago.
Well, shorten the story..this is one of the items I kept from that apartment...this old rusty tin full of old marbles. My husbnand says they are all worthless, but I think it's a chance that there are some good ones in it...so I am giving you the chance to find out. As I said, I am no marble expert, but I will pick out a dozen marbles...including at least one shooter and send them to the winner. I cannot guarantee that any of them are worth anything, but you can chance that there may be at least one good one out of a dozen...and then once this auction is over...well, we will see how it goes. Thanks for looking and the best of luck to you..after all...what do we have to lose...The tin is full...as you can see..and I will just reach in and pick some out!

Since I already have the two listings on, I will have to wait until they are finished before doing anything with the rest of the marbles...but honestly, if I were to list a GIN it would be higher than 5000. Thank you for showing interest though, and perhaps I will list the remainder of the lot once these two listings have closed. I really wanted to list them to find out how much interest there would be, and it seems to be a great deal of it..thanks for your offer, and it will be considered..but I think I will wait and list them...but I really don't like to list things GIN because that doesn't assure a fair and honest auction for both parties. Look for them to be listed once the two current listings are finished. I will see what the outcome is on them before I make any final decision.

I love marbles, years ago, me and my husband started finding marbles as we would plow up our garden, we started saying we had a marble garden, so now, collecting marbles is one of our fun hobbies. I think I will share this auction on tweeter. I'm a fan now!
